ABOUT

Walk on Water Wellness was created with the desire to bring Faith into the wellness journey.  Throughout the last two decades of my work experience I dove deeper into my faith and found a need for Christ in the journey of well-being.  Through Walk on Water Wellness I can integrate Faith based messages and practices that support the mind, body & spirit.  

Inviting God into our health and well-being brings the missing link that typical wellness programs leave out.  Grounding ourselves in His true presence and love will guarantee a healing way forward.  The Walk on Water Wellness program is comprehensive journey of well-being.
